Please
be aware that submissions for courses taught by more than
one faculty member must be accompanied by a statement from
the chair of the department stating that all sections of
the course will meet the checked learning outcome(s).
Such submissions should be accompanied by a representative
syllabus or two or more actual syllabi.
Please
e-mail your completed submission forms and syllabi to
Ed McNertney.
If
a course is being submitted for two HMVV categories, the
two submission forms and the associated syllabus may be
sent as separate files.
